Returns and Complaints

Customer complaints are recieved on by e-mail. If complaint is justified, seller will replace the product or return funds to the buyer. Return will be performed within 14 days of complaint notification.

Seller reserves right to decline complaint if products are found to be damaged and unusable due to mishandling on buyers behalf, opened or lacking original packaging. Return delivery expenses are covered by the customer. Packages sent to seller’s address with „cash on delivery“ fee included won’t be accepted.

If customer wishes to replace unopened, undamaged, originally packed product for a different product or would like a refund, return delivery expeces are covered by the customer.
